Rushen - Elm Grove, Eccleston Park

Eccleston Parish Council are holding a public meeting on Tuesday 16th December, 7.30 p.m., in St. James’ Church Hall, St. Helens Road, to consult on a planning application received to demolish the existing property  Rushen, in Elm Grove, and erect an apartment block containing 8 apartments.  -  THIS APPLICATION HAS BEEN REFUSED BY ST. HELENS COUNCIL

11.7.09:An appeal has been made to the Planning Inspectorate regarding the above application !

8.2.10:  Planning permission has now been granted for 3 large properties on the site.
